Prenatal Yoga with Prenatal Education

The new Mint Prenatal Education Class is an amazing opportunity for you and your partner to learn all you need to know about labor and delivery!  These small classes will allow you to soak in all the information you need and ask all your questions in a calm, quiet, and welcoming environment.

~ Doula? What is it and how can it help

~ Creating a birth plan

~ Self-care and the importance of relationships

~ The GOLDEN hour 

~ Starting your breastfeeding journey off right
