My name is Lorna Hillier and I am a Registered Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) serving Grande Prairie and surrounding  area.

 

I have a vast nursing career of Thirty eight years. I have had the privilege of working in ER, Surgery, Renal Dialysis, Labor and Delivery,  NICU, Post-Partum, Public Health, Prenatal Educator, and Lactation Clinic. I am also a Doula and Baby Wearing Educator. Teaching and helping families reach their breastfeeding goals has always been my passion, it is where my heart lies.

 

My passion for breastfeeding began 40 years ago  with the birth of my daughter Lindsey, and continued with the birth of my son, Kyle, two years later. 

 

I became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant to continue to provide support to families in my community.

 

Breastfeeding is very personal and does not look the same for everyone. My goal is to help you reach your breastfeeding goals, whatever that looks like for you and your family.
